Salary: 102,600.00–152,600.00, including target bonus

What you will do

• Develop manufacturing systems and automation strategies for major investment projects.
• Create project plans covering schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead the design, development, installation, and integration of control systems for manufacturing processes and facilities.
• Integrate automation with digital applications, production systems, quality control, data management, and global data platforms.
• Coordinate vendor selection and ensure compliance with safety, quality, sustainability, regulatory, and GMP requirements.
• Design secure and resilient OT/ICS architectures with network segmentation, secure remote access, data integrity, backup and disaster recovery, and audit-trail controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation, computer science, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical sciences with 4 years of experience, or 7 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing complex manufacturing systems involving automation, robotics, and advanced technologies.
• Experience with multi-site operations, projects, and matrix management.
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with DeltaV, Ignition, Rockwell PLCs, data historians, BMS, and MES, plus the ability to design system integration architectures.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, collaboration, decision-making, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
