What you will do

• Complete four intensive assignments over two years across hirify.global business units.
• Contribute to engineering and high-technology projects involving software, aerospace, mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering.
• Develop and apply technical skills in object-oriented programming, C++, C#, web and cloud technologies, CAD, design, testing, and integration.
• Identify multiple solutions to technical problems and select approaches suited to project requirements.
• Present accomplishments to program participants and senior management while working with a coach and cross-functional colleagues.
• Build leadership, innovation, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Requirements

• New graduate with a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• Relevant background in software, computer, electrical, aerospace, or mechanical engineering.
• Excellent academic record and strong analytical, organizational, creative, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Bilingual English and French communication skills required.
• Strong written, oral, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Co-op or internship experience in a related field.
• Master's degree.
• Artificial intelligence training.
