What you will do

• Develop integrated schedules for ground infrastructure and operations including antenna and hub system development and global network deployment
• Drive priorities and execution of ground development activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve execution obstacles
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep the program on schedule
• Communicate progress effectively and negotiate with internal and international stakeholders
• Support trade studies, design reviews, and anomaly resolution efforts

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required
• 5+ years engineering experience on complex hardware, software, and operations programs
• 3+ years engineering management or project management experience
• Expertise in program schedule development and management using tools like Smartsheet or Project
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience in satellite communication industry or related fields
• Experience with US Government satellite architectures and requirements
