What you will do
- Support the Finance Business Partner and FP&A team in delivering financial planning and analysis objectives.
- Analyse financial performance and management information to identify commercial insights for executive decision-making.
- Support integration with the NatWest Finance and Data teams, including weekly AUMA reporting and tracking attrition, synergies, and referral targets.
- Consolidate financials into rolling forecast templates and support automation and reporting enhancements.
- Contribute to forecasts, budgets, reporting packs, ad-hoc analysis, and interpretation of business performance results.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA, or ACCA certification.
- Knowledge of finance business processes and controls.
- Strong financial modelling and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess business plans, prepare high-quality documentation, and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strategic analysis, planning and execution skills, with strong performance metrics and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work in the London office under the role's hybrid working model.
