What you will do

• Develop and execute an enterprise procurement strategy that improves value, efficiency, innovation, and risk mitigation.
• Lead sourcing strategy, governance, supplier negotiations, and complex high-value supplier relationships.
• Modernize procurement through AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, category intelligence, and source-to-pay technologies.
• Oversee governance and accountability for approximately $2 billion in annual third-party spend.
• Lead third-party risk management, supplier oversight, resiliency, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
• Advise executive leadership and governance committees on acquisitions, integrations, investment decisions, and procurement transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 13 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or supplier management experience; alternatively, 17 years of combined higher education and work experience including 13 relevant years.
• At least 6 years of proven managerial experience and significant experience leading enterprise procurement organizations.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, category management, value realization, governance, and third-party risk management.
• Demonstrated success using technology, analytics, automation, and AI to modernize procurement operations.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, boards, regulators, and external partners.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business case development skills, including experience with mergers, acquisitions, and complex integrations.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced business degree.
• CPSM, CIPS, CPM, or related professional certification.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience leading enterprise procurement modernization and platform transformation initiatives.
