What you will do

• Manage the health, configuration, performance, stability, and operability of the Salesforce platform.
• Support Salesforce Org refreshes, release management, audit action plans, license monitoring, and configuration updates.
• Create, review, and technically validate platform changes and configurations.
• Coordinate integrations and apply security updates, vulnerability fixes, password renewals, and SSL certificate changes.
• Monitor and resolve Level 2 technical incidents, confirm fixes with end users, and escalate complex incidents to Level 3 groups.
• Document changes, fixes, and configuration standards in ServiceNow, Jira, and technical knowledge articles.

Requirements

• Required Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Required Salesforce App Builder certification.
• Required Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, platform health monitoring, and release management using GitLab.
• Experience with technical ticketing and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Dynatrace.
• English-language CV and/or cover letter required for this transnationally managed position.
