Applications Engineer - 3-Year Apprenticeship (Motor Control): Developing and evaluating motor driver application solutions for automotive and industrial markets with an accent on circuit design, PCB prototypes, EMC testing, and thermal validation. Focus on modeling BDC, BLDC/PMSM, block commutation, and FOC control loops, developing or porting MCU and FPGA algorithms, and building motor testbench and lab automation capabilities.

What you will do

Develop application solutions for automotive and industrial markets using motor driver products.
Identify circuit application improvements and create the required designs and technical collateral.
Design PCB layouts for prototypes and evaluate and characterize prototype solutions.
Perform automotive EMC testing, including immunity and conducted and radiated emissions testing.
Analyze and validate motor driver thermal performance and contribute to developing a motor testbench.
Support lab automation and develop or port motor control algorithms for MCU and FPGA platforms.

Requirements

Participation in a three-year apprenticeship as an Applications Engineer.
