Field Service Specialist I - Florida Only

Location: Miami Lakes, Florida; Florida only. Combination of office work and field travel, including local travel within the assigned state 75% or more.

What you will do

• Assist with scheduling and conducting scheduled or random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted transportation providers.
• Verify service levels, contractual standards for drivers and vehicles, and on-time performance.
• Track Train-the-Trainer certification for Passenger Assistance and attend third-party training sessions.
• Evaluate trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC instructional standards and prescribed curricula.
• Communicate findings to leadership and support corrective action plans.
• Support network digitization, platform utilization, and other market-specific initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Zero or more years of experience; basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and local road laws.
• Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type and ability to use maps or GPS navigation.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver a prescribed training curriculum.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, follow complex instructions, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to use a hands-free mobile phone.
