Sr Market Development Professional

Location: Pensacola, Florida, United States; in-person office work required. U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support the administration and delivery of TRICARE services as a subject matter expert.
• Provide guidance and resolve issues across service delivery operations.
• Coordinate provider, beneficiary, government stakeholder, and network-related matters.
• Support network management and development activities.
• Analyze data and make operational decisions based on findings.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required by the Department of Defense contract.
• Must successfully receive interim approval for a government security clearance through NBIS.
• Must work in person at the Pensacola, Florida office.
• Candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired.
• Experience in network management and development, managed care, data analysis, and customer satisfaction improvement.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• TRICARE or Military Health System experience.
