Fullstack Java Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications for Workforce Management, Customer Experience, and operational business processes.
• Build Java and Spring Boot backend services, React and TypeScript web applications, REST APIs, and Node.js supporting components.
• Design maintainable microservices and event-driven solutions with integrations through REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, and related patterns.
• Optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries, while maintaining data integrity, performance, and audit history.
• Containerize applications and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.
• Improve application observability, performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability while collaborating with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with production applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed applications, SQL, PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases, cloud platforms, and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, secure API design, Kafka or RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, observability, and secure software delivery practices.
• Strong communication skills, technical documentation ability, and readiness to participate in client-facing workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workforce Management, Customer Experience, contact center, or customer service solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Amazon Connect, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, or similar communication technologies.
• Knowledge of workforce optimization, including forecasting, scheduling, routing, and adherence.
• Experience integrating CRM, HR, identity, payroll, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
