Marketing Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Hawaii. The company is virtual-first, with all-company in-person events once or twice a year.

Salary: $104K–$130K annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage vendor relationships, information requests, diligence forms, onboarding, and contract logistics.
• Coordinate contractors, freelancers, agencies, talent, and creator or influencer partnerships, including scheduling and fulfillment.
• Organize marketing assets in the digital asset management system and retrieve materials as needed.
• Fulfill audit requests by collecting and organizing documentation with Legal and Marketing managers.
• Maintain and improve project management systems and workflows in partnership with Marketing Operations and Legal.
• Pilot AI-assisted workflows for vendor, invoice, and asset management tasks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• 3–5 years working in-house or at an agency directly or closely with creative production.
• Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Jira or Confluence.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate empathetically across Marketing, Legal, Project Management, and other functions.

Nice to have

• Experience managing agency or vendor invoicing and contracts.
• Experience with creator or influencer partnership logistics.
• Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive operational work.
