Manager, Finance FP&A; UK&I

Location: Winnersh, United Kingdom; frequent travel is required, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.

Base salary: £65,000–£85,000 per year, depending on experience and legitimate business factors. The role is also eligible for a discretionary corporate bonus scheme.

What you will do

• Manage FP&A processes covering the Annual Operating Plan, Midyear Forecast, monthly forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Consolidate and analyze full P&L results and provide variance analysis against plans, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Monitor KPIs, financial and operational drivers, risks, and opportunities to identify performance improvements.
• Partner with business and functional leaders by providing financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, cost management, resource allocation, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards and reports, respond to executive-level requests, and support the development of finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of related experience.
• Experience using financial systems and tools such as SAP, BPC, Power BI, Excel, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to manage financial data, reporting cycles, multiple priorities, and strict deadlines.
• Experience collaborating across departments and supporting cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information securely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience supporting or leading global or shared service teams.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
