Manager, Finance, Sales Performance UK&I

Location: Winnersh, United Kingdom

Salary: £65,000–£85,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and legitimate business factors. The role is also eligible for a discretionary corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Manage FP&A processes, including the Annual Operating Plan, midyear forecast, monthly forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Consolidate and analyze full P&L results, including variance analysis against plans, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Monitor KPIs, financial and operational drivers, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to support data-driven decisions and improve business performance.
• Support process improvement, system enhancements, cost management, resource allocation, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and support the development of finance team members and peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12–15 years of related experience.
• Experience with financial planning, reporting, P&L analysis, and business partnering.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools such as Excel, SAP, BPC, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, sensitive information, and stakeholder inquiries.
• Effective collaboration across departments and participation in cross-functional initiatives.
• Frequent travel is required, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience supporting or leading global or shared service teams.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
