Manager, Finance-Olympics Production

Location: Hybrid role based at the Stamford, Connecticut facility, requiring at least four days per week in the office. Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 yearly, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end production budgeting for Olympic Games, seasonal sports events, pre-Games competitions, and digital properties.
• Manage budget areas for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, including position metrics and related spend through SCORE.
• Partner with Production and Operations leadership to monitor spend against budget and identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver FP&A and controllership activities, including budgeting cycles, financial roll-ups, close, and budget actualization.
• Prepare cost analyses, financial summaries, special requests, and deep-dive analyses for decision-making.
• Support cross-functional finance and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive Accounting or Finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, functions, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with global ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• CPA, CORE, or similar experience.
• Experience supporting finance, operations, and senior management stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
