Manager, Training Delivery (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote

Base salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and delivery of training offerings across CrowdStrike technologies, including sales enablement, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Manage instructors through coaching, performance management, career development, and day-to-day leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling, customer enablement, resource allocation, and operational improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to the design and revision of technical courses.
• Partner with sales teams to scope customer engagements, present training solutions, and recommend course content.
• Create operational, management, and ad hoc reports covering training effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and instructor performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience and 3 years managing the delivery of technical training courses.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and virtual training platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and virtual labs.
• Experience managing training budgets, resource allocation, and software or tool licensing.
• Background in SIEM, SOAR, cloud, or AI technologies, including technical training development and delivery.
• Experience teaching technical subjects to audiences ranging from desktop support technicians to IT managers and executives.
• Strong communication, project management, analytical, client-facing, and autonomous working skills, with the ability to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information security, cybersecurity, instructional design, or a related field.
• Relevant industry or instructional certifications such as CompTIA CTT+ or CPTD.
• Experience with incident response investigations, threat intelligence, computer forensics, secure network architecture, or network operations.
• Programming or scripting experience with C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
