Working Student (Risk and Compliance)

Location: Frankfurt, Hessen, Germany. Enrolled university students in Germany are required; in-person collaboration is considered important.

What you will do

• Support internal Risk and Compliance Practice projects through research, analysis, and online questionnaires.
• Research risk and compliance topics and contribute to internal benchmarks.
• Maintain internal tools, databases, knowledge resources, and newsletters.
• Prepare clear and accurate content for internal communications.
• Support the organization of team events and meetings.
• Contribute to marketing and other Practice activities as needed.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Germany in economics, social sciences, or a related field.
• Have an interest in risk and compliance and relevant internship or working-student experience.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint confidently and have strong AI literacy.
• Have strong organizational skills and reliably manage multiple priorities.
• Have clear written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Have a collaborative, service-oriented approach and high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
