What you will do

• Support and continuously improve risk management processes and annual risk assessment activities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify, assess, and monitor risks.
• Drive the digitalization and automation of legal and risk-related processes, including digital contract management.
• Explore, test, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and internal workflows.
• Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to cross-functional Legal Tech and digital transformation projects.
• Monitor online marketplaces for potential trademark infringements and support enforcement activities while coordinating with Legal, IT, and external technology providers.

Requirements

• Genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and digital innovation.
• Interest in legal, compliance, and business topics, with the ability to turn complexity into practical solutions.
• Ownership, initiative, a hands-on approach, an analytical mindset, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Confident communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
• Process-oriented thinking and continuous focus on improving and simplifying workflows.
• Very good communication skills in English and German.
