Principal Product Manager (AI): Owning strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution for relationship intelligence capabilities with an accent on enterprise LLM integrations, MCP connectors, and professional services workflows. Focus on translating complex relational data into actionable AI context, validating data quality and performance, and coordinating cross-functional delivery from discovery through adoption.
Location: Remote within Canada; preference given to candidates in Atlantic Canada. Halifax, Nova Scotia is the listed department location.

What you will do
- Own multi-quarter product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and product lifecycle management across designated investment areas.
- Define specifications for Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors and third-party integrations, including data ingestion, signal exposure, and connector performance.
- Work with customers, advisors, and go-to-market teams to identify high-value workflows in legal, accounting, and consulting practices.
- Translate complex relational data into actionable AI context, relationship insights, and go-to-market capabilities.
- Lead validation, sprint delivery, launch readiness, adoption tracking, and iterative improvements with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
- Mentor product managers and communicate product strategy to internal teams, customers, partners, and market influencers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years at a senior or principal level.
- Experience with professional services software, preferably in legaltech, accounting, or consulting, and a strong understanding of fee-earner workflows.
- Working familiarity with Model Context Protocol, LLM context window engineering, APIs, and relational graph architectures.
- Experience translating unstructured relational data into actionable AI context or go-to-market features.
- Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, customer research, usability testing, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.
