What you will do

• Develop and lead Operational Excellence and Process Improvement offerings for the Financial Services sector.
• Build go-to-market strategies, industry intellectual property, and a pipeline of opportunities aligned with revenue and sales targets.
• Develop client-specific proposals and contribute to winning new business.
• Lead and oversee operational excellence and process improvement implementation programmes.
• Manage programme governance, delivery quality, client outcomes, extensions, and follow-on engagements.
• Coach and motivate teams while owning engagement outcomes and client relationships.

Requirements

• Strong consulting background with knowledge of consulting structures, frameworks, and financial principles.
• Deep Financial Services expertise and a network of contacts across the sector.
• Strong experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, operational transformation, or related operations, change management, or technology delivery.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, process redesign, governance, digitisation, automation, and operational performance.
• Experience managing end-to-end transformation programmes, including commercial scoping, pricing, planning, governance, and delivery.
• Strong engagement leadership, coaching, mentoring, business development, and proposal development skills.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Celonis, AI, RPA, PMP, Prince2, or Agile delivery methods.
• Experience in areas such as RPA for KYC and reporting, AI/ML automation, customer journey redesign, risk and compliance, data governance, cloud migration, operational resilience, or workforce transformation.
