Senior Manager - Restructuring Advisory

Location: London, United Kingdom — on-site at 110 Cannon Street.

What you will do

• Lead restructuring advisory projects from inception to completion, covering distressed advisory, contingency planning, options analysis, cash flow reviews, and critical cash management.
• Take senior roles on insolvency engagements, focusing on strategy, operations, and formal restructuring processes where required.
• Analyse complex group structures and situations, prepare financial analyses and reports, and present strategic recommendations to partners and clients.
• Build and manage client relationships, act as a first point of contact, and support pitches, presentations, business development, and lead generation.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise junior restructuring advisory professionals while collaborating with other FRP pillars and offices.
• Contribute to the growth strategy of the Restructuring Advisory practice through publications, marketing collateral, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restructuring advisory.
• Knowledge and experience of UK insolvency processes.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, report-writing, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage complex restructuring situations in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, strategic, and resilient approach.
• High integrity, professionalism, organisation, and alignment with FRP’s values.
