Senior Manager, Business Process

What you will do

• Design, standardize, document, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes across Global Customer Success & Services.
• Lead complex, cross-functional process improvement initiatives and align workflows with strategic business goals.
• Manage a team of process and Lean Six Sigma resources, including talent development and performance management.
• Own process architecture, the process library, intake and triage, governance councils, reporting, and the PRIME business process management repository.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma programs, continuous improvement mentoring, training, and innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate data and reporting governance, including Zebra Data Lake requests, Data Compass, Alation adoption, and the Power BI-to-Fabric transition.

Requirements

• Experience with process mapping and modeling, process improvement principles, and analytical assessment of process efficiency.
• Experience leading teams to business outcomes through talent and performance management.
• Experience with AI tools, digital transformation, and process automation in support of process improvement.
• Experience presenting to Director-level and executive audiences and collaborating across functions.
• Advanced experience with BPM and office tools such as Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 12 or more years of work experience, including at least 2 years as a team supervisor or manager.

Nice to have

• Experience improving Services and Sales processes.
• Formal process training or certifications.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or progress toward it.
• Familiarity with Agile IT development methodology.
• Master’s degree.
