Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant - Benefit Operations

Base salary: $53,300.00–$100,700.00 per year

What you will do

• Review, analyze, and interpret vocational and medical information from claim files.
• Assess vocational duties and demands and provide balanced professional conclusions.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement complex vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
• Collaborate with claims professionals, employers, claimants, healthcare providers, and internal resources.
• Complete forensic vocational assessments and provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Conduct virtual ergonomic worksite evaluations and support vocational quality assurance, training, and best-practice development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field.
• Certification in rehabilitation counseling, disability management, or case management.
• 3+ years of vocational experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise independent professional judgment in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to communicate complex vocational issues clearly in writing and verbally.
• Must work from the United States.
