Infrastructure Project Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, or Georgia. Hybrid or remote options may be available depending on the role; working from anywhere in the world is permitted for up to 45 days per year.

What you will do

• Own infrastructure projects from intake and Jira setup through planning, execution, handover, acceptance testing, and formal closure.
• Manage server and network hardware deployments, capacity expansions, refreshes, decommissioning, connectivity procurement, colocation, site build-outs, and migrations.
• Coordinate architects, procurement, logistics, data-centre installation, server operations, network operations, and external vendors.
• Prepare budget estimates using NRC/MRC and component-level breakdowns, track approvals, and reconcile planned versus actual costs.
• Identify risks and dependencies, manage scope changes, maintain stakeholder communication, and escalate schedule or budget risks.
• Use Kanban flow metrics, Jira status hygiene, readiness checklists, and documentation standards to monitor project execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management experience in infrastructure, data centres, telecommunications, or IT operations.
• Working knowledge of server and network hardware, racks, PDUs, power and cooling, network topology, switches, cross-connects, and IP addressing.
• Confident use of Jira or an equivalent project tracker, including cross-project task linking and status management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work with incomplete information, own deadlines, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English at B2 level or above is required for correspondence, calls, vendor communication, and English-language documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kanban, Lead Time, Throughput, and WIP metrics.
• Experience with multi-vendor projects and infrastructure budget estimation.
• PMP, Kanban Management Professional, or similar certification.
• Experience working in a distributed international team.
