Security Project Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage the delivery of assigned security initiatives, including plans, milestones, workstreams, action logs, RAID registers, dependencies, status reports, and closure documentation.
• Apply agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods according to project size, risk, complexity, and delivery model.
• Coordinate stakeholders across IS Security, technology operations, architecture, product engineering, AI and innovation, business teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Track security controls, readiness, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and escalation actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-delivery work involving CIO, CTO, and Chief Strategy Officer teams, ensuring security commitments are represented in lead delivery plans.
• Plan operational readiness, support handover, documentation, training, project closure, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, technology delivery, security delivery, or transformation delivery.
• Experience managing technology projects involving security controls, risk reduction, compliance readiness, operational readiness, or cross-functional security workstreams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery lifecycle management, planning, RAID, dependency management, status reporting, and escalation.
• Experience working in matrix environments with business, technology, security, operations, product, architecture, and vendor teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, planning, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to explain complex security and technical topics clearly.
• Experience with delivery tools such as Aha, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, betting, fintech, digital platforms, regulated technology, or multi-market environments.
• Experience delivering security initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, workplace technology, platform engineering, identity, monitoring, vulnerability, data, AI, or operational readiness.
• Experience with audit readiness, control implementation, evidence coordination, formal intake models, Lean Canvas, portfolio prioritisation, or initiative qualification.
• Experience using AI-first practices to improve delivery operations, reporting, governance, communication, knowledge management, or process efficiency.
