Commercial & Pricing Analyst

The role supports commercial analysis, pricing decisions, and margin performance across markets, suppliers, partners, and business lines.

What you will do

• Monitor daily sales dynamics and analyze multiple core metrics across segments, markets, suppliers, partners, and business lines.
• Investigate business processes and identify root causes behind changes in metrics, sales trends, and margin performance.
• Develop pricing and commercial recommendations, build action plans, and support implementation with related teams.
• Process requests concerning competitor price discrepancies, verify data accuracy, make pricing decisions, and issue discounts.
• Ensure the quality of collected data and clarify suspicious or potentially inaccurate information.
• Present findings using charts and numbers, communicate with the commercial team, and defend well-reasoned decisions when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or a related function.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher, spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, structured, and systematic thinking with close attention to detail and the ability to identify root causes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including cubes, pivot tables, complex formulas, and charts.
• Basic SQL skills: reading and modifying existing queries and writing simple queries across multiple tables.
• Experience working with large data sets and multiple analytical tools.
