Pharmacist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States with mandatory in-office meetings or training; up to 15% travel required.

Salary: $125,000–$130,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Evaluate therapy requests using clinical evidence and VIVIO’s Drug Integrity Framework.
• Support pharmacists, clinical advisors, leadership, and non-clinical staff.
• Present clinical programs and clinical and cost-effectiveness data to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in non-specialty and specialty clinical programs and Therapy Planning Team meetings.
• Document clinical and financial information in internal member management platforms.
• Travel for client meetings and company events as required.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree and licensure in at least one US state.
• At least 1 year of clinical evidence review experience involving patients and clinicians in an interdisciplinary care team.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced patient management setting, such as community pharmacy, MTM, or ambulatory care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and solve problems.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship, visa transfer support, or other immigration-related support.

Nice to have

• Experience designing clinical programs and communicating with prescribers and other stakeholders.
• Experience with clinical data analysis and statistical training.
