ACH Processor (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prepare and process ACH and wire transactions, returns, adjustments, chargebacks, foreign items, and exception items.
• Review stop payment requests, Written Statements of Unauthorized Debit, check reports, and deposit exceptions.
• Process Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile RDC, X9, ATM, and electronic deposits, placing holds according to bank policy.
• Handle debit card disputes under Regulation E and respond to payment-related research requests from branches and clients.
• Review online and mobile banking activity for unusual or unexplained behavior and support cash-order processing.
• Assist with audits, operational reporting, cross-training, and backup support across data processing functions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of banking experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound judgments using available information.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support internal and external clients.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fluid environment with a growth mindset.
