Senior Manager, Schedule & Sequencing (Data Center Construction)

What you will do

• Develop programmatic standards and comprehensive, resource-loaded schedules for data center construction projects.
• Define key activities, milestones, critical approvals, long-lead procurement items, and project deliverables.
• Implement scheduling best practices, process controls, performance measurement, and reporting standards.
• Maintain critical path logic networks and use engineering, procurement, construction, and historical data for planning and forecasting.
• Analyze schedule delays and time impacts, identify project control challenges, and recommend risk mitigation and change management actions.
• Collaborate with project teams, field personnel, clients, and leadership to resolve sequencing, resource, and scheduling issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling and construction project management, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, project controls, and resource allocation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Role is remote from Ohio, United States.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-SP, or another relevant certification.
