Release Manager Reporting & Analytics (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Own the deployment calendar, scope, and timelines for reports, KPIs, and analytics across multiple SAP S/4HANA releases.
• Track operational metrics and provide insights that support business decision-making.
• Manage data integrity, consistency, compliance, and reporting quality.
• Work with operations teams and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Deploy custom analytical reports, coordinate UAT and acceptance, and manage release-related testing cycles.
• Lead reporting hypercare and ensure effective handover to end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP deployment or enterprise deployment roles.
• Experience leading data reporting and business intelligence, with strong knowledge of datasets, KPIs, and BI platform deployment.
• Understanding of SAP data structures and release management fundamentals, including release calendars, playbooks, rollback plans, dependencies, change management, and incident resolution.
• Experience supporting SIT, BST, and UAT testing cycles.
• Understanding of GxP, SOX, audit, CSV, ALCOA+, GDPR, data integrity, and quality requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of risk management, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis related to releases.
• Experience communicating and coordinating in a complex matrix environment.
