Manager, Affiliate (Affiliate Marketing)

Location: Hybrid role based in Seattle or Union Square (NYC), with approximately 2 days per week in-office. Full-time hiring is currently available in selected US states.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 USD annual.

What you will do

• Manage affiliate and partner marketing programs while serving as a primary client contact.
• Develop affiliate growth strategies, roadmaps, partnership opportunities, placements, and promotional initiatives.
• Source, recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with affiliates and strategic partners.
• Monitor pacing and performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and return.
• Own monthly reporting and performance reviews, translating data into client-facing insights and next steps.
• Oversee affiliate network setup, campaign compliance, operational execution, and support for junior team members.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing, ideally in an agency or client-services environment.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading client conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strategic, data-driven approach with the ability to turn performance results into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience creating presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members and readiness to take on people-management responsibilities.
