Senior Supply Growth Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving revenue growth and long-term success.
• Build partner relationships through Slack, email, and video calls.
• Monitor CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, ARPDAU, and other performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and lead Quarterly Business Reviews for partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to resolve partner issues and deliver solutions.
• Identify upselling opportunities and turn partner feedback into product and strategy recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of mobile advertising performance metrics and revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides.
• Results-driven approach with strong ownership and proactive execution.
• Proficient in English and Thai.
