Senior Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing

Location: Fully onsite in Denver, Colorado, with daily presence required at the LoDo/Union Station office for local candidates; exceptional remote candidates may also be considered.

Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year plus uncapped variable compensation; OTE of $95,000–$135,000+.

What you will do

• Develop affiliate strategies aligned with client growth goals, KPIs, products, margins, promotions, and brand guidelines.
• Recruit, manage, and nurture publishers across multiple niches while maintaining a diverse partner mix.
• Negotiate placements, exclusive products, deals, and publisher payouts while protecting client brand integrity.
• Build content commerce programs, including pitch lists, publisher pitches, backlink and article opportunities, and coverage reporting.
• Recruit and manage influencers through internal tools and third-party platforms.
• Report on outreach and performance, turning data into strategic recommendations for program improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience with a proven record of growing client programs.
• Established publisher relationships across multiple verticals.
• Working knowledge of major affiliate networks, including CJ, Rakuten, Awin, Impact, and Pepperjam.
• Client-first approach with strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, own results, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Daily onsite presence is required for local Denver candidates; exceptional remote candidates may be considered.
