Affiliate Growth Lead, US (Crypto)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $110.4K–$220.8K annual base salary, plus potential bonus, equity, wellness allowance, and US benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

What you will do

• Build and manage a pipeline of US finance and investing creators, trading educators, publishers, podcasters, newsletter authors, and wealth-management creators.
• Develop and execute the US creator and affiliate strategy, initially focused on margin trading volume and funded accounts.
• Acquire, activate, negotiate, and grow partners through CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid partnership structures.
• Set up tracking, attribution, payout, and reporting systems for funded accounts, trading activity, retention, and customer acquisition cost.
• Work with Legal and Compliance on disclosures, content review, and approved messaging for leveraged products.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and the NORAM Pro KOL Business Development team to launch campaigns and apply partner feedback.

Requirements

• Deep US experience in business development, partnerships, influencer management, or affiliate-led growth for a brokerage, trading platform, or investing product.
• Experience growing margin, options, futures, or other leveraged and active-trading products.
• Strong network and understanding of the US finance and investing creator ecosystem.
• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, CPA and revenue-share structures, and measurable acquisition outcomes.
• Working knowledge of crypto and digital assets, plus familiarity with US financial advertising rules and FTC paid-endorsement disclosures.
• Strong commercial judgment, relationship-building, performance analysis, and cross-functional execution skills.

• Experience in wealth management or fintech.
• Experience at a crypto exchange or digital-asset firm.
• Existing relationships with US crypto-native creators.
