Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: San Francisco, CA; full-time onsite/hybrid from the hirify.global SF office

hirify.global is an AI-native digital health system providing insurance-covered metabolic healthcare through dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and ship user-facing products and features for the core healthcare platform.
• Take ownership of major areas of the codebase and lead project deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Build scalable technology supporting interactions among patients, dietitians, and insurance companies.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics in a data-driven experimentation culture.
• Improve engineering processes, tools, systems, code quality, and team productivity.
• Write clean, fully tested, high-performance code and maintain the existing codebase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, including user-facing product experience.
• 3+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, Node, React Native, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Amplitude, or strong ability to cross-train and upskill.
• Ability to independently take projects from idea through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Strong interest in product and design, first-principles thinking, collaboration, and solving ambiguous problems.
