Full Stack Java Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and support scalable cloud-native backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and accessible web applications with React, TypeScript, reusable components, and modern testing practices.
• Develop REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and integrate internal and external systems through webhooks, messaging, and related patterns.
• Design modular microservices, event-driven solutions, PostgreSQL data models, and efficient database queries.
• Containerize applications and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.
• Improve application performance, resilience, scalability, observability, and production support in collaboration with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with production applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Experience with React or Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and frontend testing.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, SQL, and PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Experience deploying or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications, plus familiarity with Kubernetes, observability, and secure software delivery.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, Kafka or RabbitMQ, and secure API design; strong communication and technical documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workforce Management, Customer Experience, contact center, or customer service solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Amazon Connect, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, or similar communication technologies.
• Knowledge of workforce optimization, forecasting, scheduling, routing, and adherence.
• Experience integrating CRM, HR, identity, payroll, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
