Sr SharePoint Consultant (55370)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with potential occasional onsite travel to clients. Only U.S. Persons may be considered due to ITAR export-control requirements.

What you will do

• Administer and architect SharePoint on-premises, SharePoint Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online environments.
• Lead migrations from SharePoint on-premises, file servers, and third-party repositories to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Subscription Edition.
• Develop migration strategies, runbooks, cutover plans, validation processes, and post-migration remediation.
• Build SharePoint enhancements with Power Apps and Power Automate, including forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID.
• Deliver consulting engagements, advise client stakeholders, create PowerShell automation, and contribute to reusable standards and migration frameworks.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required because the role involves access to ITAR-controlled information.
• Five or more years of hands-on SharePoint administration and solution delivery experience.
• Deep experience with SharePoint on-premises, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, architecture, permissions, governance, and information architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint and file-server migrations, ShareGate or similar tools, and PowerShell.
• Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and modernization of legacy SharePoint forms and workflows.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory or Entra ID, IIS, SSL, DNS, SQL Server, and client-facing technical delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nintex Workflow and Forms.
• Power BI reporting experience.
• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform.
