Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solution Architect

What you will do

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy Dynamics 365, Dataverse, model-driven apps, canvas apps, business process flows, forms, and views.
• Design enterprise solution architectures and manage Dynamics environments, Dataverse schemas, application structures, workflows, and governance.
• Administer security roles, field-level security, access controls, DLP policies, permissions, and least-privilege enforcement.
• Deploy managed solutions, custom components, connectors, integrations, environment variables, and API connections through ALM release procedures.
• Monitor system usage, performance, capacity, licensing, environment health, and compliance, including cleanup and archiving activities.
• Document architectures, data models, integrations, workflows, risks, milestones, and modernization plans while supporting users and project teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in state government.
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solution architecture, customization, and administration.
• 10+ years of experience with Dataverse relational data modeling, custom business logic, security architecture, and Power Platform enterprise components.
• 10+ years of experience with ALM using Azure DevOps or GitHub pipelines and managed solution deployments.
• 10+ years of experience with C# .NET plugins and custom workflow assemblies, plus JavaScript/TypeScript client scripting.
• 10+ years of experience with cloud security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST 800-53 controls.

Nice to have

• Power Pages architecture, external authentication, and secure portal implementation.
• Power BI data modeling, reporting, and Dataverse/Azure Synapse Link integration.
• PL-600 or PL-400 certification.
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification.
