Power Platform Developer

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain low-code solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Contribute across frontend and backend development to support the broader product.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into working solutions with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex issues independently and drive problems through resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong general engineering fundamentals and experience working with data and backend systems.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Power Platform and PowerApps.
• Senior-level problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience working in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. work authorization is required; certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance.
