TL;DR

Sr Buyer Commercial (Procurement/Contract Management): Procuring commercial goods and services while developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships with an accent on delivery coordination, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. Focus on monitoring contractor performance, maintaining detailed audit files, and ensuring contract execution meets company policies and government requirements.

What you will do

Procure goods and services for commercial spend.
Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor purchase order delivery schedules and due dates to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Plan and administer proposals and contracts, including preparing contract briefs, revisions, summaries, and change notices.
Track authorizations, correspondence, contractor performance, and owner deliverables.
Maintain contract audit files, facilitate contractor meetings, and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, specifications, and government regulations.

Requirements

Experience in commercial procurement and sourcing.
Experience with supplier relationship management and contract administration.
Ability to monitor delivery schedules, contractor performance, and contract status.
Ability to maintain organized contractual records and audit documentation.
Knowledge of legal requirements, government regulations, and company procurement policies.
