Customs Brokerage Agent

What you will do

• Receive shipment documents and prepare import and export customs entries in Exp.o Customs.
• Process shipments accurately and on time according to operational procedures and customer requirements.
• Monitor customs clearances, resolve data exceptions, and communicate status or issues to customers.
• Prepare accurate customer invoices and provision service provider charges according to billing procedures.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations, internal policies, customer requirements, and operational standards.
• Meet department KPIs and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of customs brokerage or compliance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, communication, and process-oriented skills.
