Assistant Manager

Location: Prattville, Alabama, United States; on site. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturdays.

What you will do

• Support individual and branch sales, collections, and customer experience goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Present financial solutions and optional insurance products based on customer needs.
• Explain loan terms and conditions and manage loan closing and collection activities.
• Use credit underwriting techniques and sales tools while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Train and coach branch team members and provide interim leadership when the Branch Manager is absent.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience achieving established business goals and objectives.
• Experience in financial services or leadership.
• Current insurance license in the state or ability to obtain one within six months.
• Strong customer service, sales, collections, and leadership capabilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
