HFA Financial Advisor - Branch (Fintech)

Location: New Philadelphia, Ohio, United States; office-based role

What you will do

• Partner with branch staff to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate short-term and long-term financial solutions.
• Build comprehensive financial plans incorporating assets, goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
• Provide investment and insurance solutions to customers.
• Coach branch staff on customer profiling, goal identification, and solution delivery.
• Provide training and sales support to assigned branches while pursuing production and customer service objectives.
• Partner with Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, and other lines of business to address client needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of investment sales experience required.
• Series 7, 63, 65/66, and Life and Health licenses required.
• Applicants must currently be authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, customer service, and follow-up skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in investments.
• Experience coaching, influencing, and developing individuals in a team environment.
• Record of exceeding performance goals and expectations.
