What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define problems, outcomes, priorities, processes, user journeys, and business rules.
• Shape solution directions with solution architects and technical leads, identifying gaps, assumptions, dependencies, and scope questions.
• Build and demonstrate prototypes using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, wireframes, and other visual tools.
• Define functional behaviour, data models, reporting, migration, integration, permissions, workflows, validation, and exception handling requirements.
• Use approved AI tools to develop features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and reusable requirements templates while validating outputs against source evidence and platform behaviour.
• Maintain Azure DevOps traceability, support backlog refinement and estimation, resolve functional questions, and contribute to QA, show-and-tell sessions, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Experience as a functional or business analyst delivering business applications projects, ideally in consultancy or people services environments.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and rapid prototyping inside Microsoft business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience eliciting requirements in both waterfall and agile delivery approaches.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining customer and business value focus.
• Must work onsite in the UK.
