Sales Manager Air/Sea Freight Forwarding

Location: Central Singapore

Salary: $5,000–$6,000 per month

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Drive new business across air and sea freight forwarding.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team while setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and expand key accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and customer contracts.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding sales, ideally covering both air and sea freight.
• Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
• Strong business development and new customer acquisition skills.
• Experience managing major or key accounts.
• Commercial mindset with experience negotiating pricing and contracts.
• Strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics market.
