Production Safety and Sustainability Internship

Location: Based at Pinewood Studios in Iver, United Kingdom, with occasional travel to the Hammersmith office or other sites. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £28,000 annually

What you will do

• Maintain digital safety records, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
• Administer online safety inductions and training programmes.
• Support reporting, data tracking, and programme progress monitoring.
• Research sustainable technologies, vendors, and industry best practices.
• Capture sustainability successes and contribute ideas to improve production processes.

Requirements

• Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement-year course and return to study in Autumn 2028.
• Must already have the right to work in the UK.
• Available to work full time from June 2027.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Clear communicator with an interest in film and television production, health and safety, and sustainability.
