Customer Program Manager (SDV & Vehicle Compute)

Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom; regular travel within Europe and internationally is required.

What you will do

• Lead strategic customer programmes for European automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Drive customer adoption and deployment of SDV, vehicle compute, networking, and processor solutions from concept through production.
• Coordinate engineering, applications, product management, quality, sales, and business line teams to deliver customer commitments.
• Lead programme reviews, risk management, issue resolution, escalations, and corrective action follow-up.
• Build relationships with customer engineering, programme, purchasing, and management stakeholders.
• Support roadmap discussions, design wins, executive reviews, customer visits, and strategic growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Solid experience in automotive programme management, customer engineering, system engineering, or product management.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and semiconductor products.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to engineering and management audiences.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, stakeholder management, influencing, planning, and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex programmes and drive issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
