SAP PT Consultant for German Business

Location: Granada, Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, or Valencia, Spain. Occasional travel may be required. Workation abroad is available for up to four weeks per year in countries where hirify.global has a legal entity.

What you will do

• Advise German-speaking customers on SAP HCM Time Management and Workforce Management solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable, compliant SAP PT solutions.
• Deliver application management services, implementations, change requests, configuration, and system enhancements.
• Configure work schedules, absence and attendance management, quotas, time evaluation, and Payroll integrations.
• Support process optimization, transformation, migration, automation, testing, troubleshooting, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and technical teams while monitoring SAP innovations and German legal changes.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as an SAP HCM Time Management (PT) Consultant in AMS or implementation projects.
• Strong SAP PT expertise for Germany, including work schedules, absence management, attendance recording, quotas, and time evaluation.
• Experience with German-speaking customers in the DACH region and strong SAP HCM Time Management customizing skills.
• Understanding of integration points between Time Management and Payroll.
• Strong analytical, consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent German and good English are mandatory.

• Experience with SAP HCM time-related enhancements, reporting, and interfaces.
• Willingness to travel occasionally when required.
