Financial Controller (m/f/d) (Aerospace)

MT Management Service is part of the OHB space and technology group and provides centralized Human Resources, Finance, Controlling, and IT services for MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with current standards.
• Prepare internal and external reports, management presentations, and ad hoc analyses.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes and perform variance analyses.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain controlling tools and processes using SAP and business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with auditors, specialist departments, management, and accounting and controlling project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Comprehensive business administration knowledge and experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP CO; knowledge of SAP MM and FI is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German and English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lucanet.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Czech language skills.
