Regional Sales Lead, Mandarin Speaking Region (Crypto)

Location: Remote in APAC; Hong Kong SAR

What you will do

• Build and develop affiliate networks serving high-net-worth clients, professional traders, and active crypto communities.
• Source and manage partnerships with crypto KOLs, influencers, media channels, and referral partners.
• Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and trading groups, connecting them with OTC, VIP, and institutional-grade services.
• Develop localized user acquisition strategies and negotiate campaigns, co-branded content, and referral programs.
• Monitor crypto regulation, competitor activity, and community sentiment in the Mandarin-speaking market.
• Track and optimize acquisition OKRs, including registrations, deposit conversion, trading volume, retention, and ROI, while collaborating with product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech, or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience building affiliate networks or business development pipelines from scratch.
• Experience with referral economics, commission structures, and partner lifecycle management.
• Strong project management, segmentation, analytics, and acquisition optimization skills.
• Fluent Mandarin is required for daily communication with global headquarters and local partners.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop execution plans independently.
