AIV Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Author AIV plans and coordinate AIV activities across current and future projects.
• Plan resources, ensure readiness for test campaigns, and oversee daily AIV operations.
• Design, develop, maintain, and scale hardware and software test environments and test benches.
• Define electrical layouts and harnesses, coordinate infrastructure with IT, and manage component integration and configuration.
• Define test strategies, plan and execute tests, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and communication interfaces.
• Present verification status, manage non-conformances, and support corrective actions with Product Assurance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in AIV or a relevant domain, ideally across the full lifecycle from planning to final delivery.
• Familiarity with verification and validation processes, preferably in standards-driven development.
• Experience managing complex technical activities and providing technical leadership, training, and skill development.
• Ability to work with multiple, diverse, geographically distributed teams while maintaining rigor, configuration management, reliability, and delivery quality.

Nice to have

• Experience in the space domain and familiarity with one or more spacecraft subsystems.
• Ability to propose innovative designs while maintaining disciplined execution.
